JEB, the GPS system was not in place till the early 90's thus GPS guided weapons could not have been in place before that. If you recall desert storm occurred in 1990 before GPS was available. I would suspect GPS guided weapons were in place circa 1995. AS for Cruise Missiles they depended on INS and TERCOM and target imagery for precise attack until recently. AS for the other guy well he thinks sgi is the greatest computer stock on the planet
