Are INTC and AMD infringing on PTSC's Patent?

Any other technology geeks available to look at this? It looks to me like the built-in floating-point math co-processor used in Intel compatible processors, at least since the 80486, infringe on PTSC's patent:
patft.uspto.gov

"Nanotronics" was the company PTSC bought the technology from. Claim 1 appears to discuss a stack-architecture processor that fetches multiple instructions from memory at a time. The Intel-compatible math co-processors use a stack architecture interface, and the 80486 and later (Pentium) processors fetch multiple instructions at once. Should be an infringement. Any other opinions? Could mean many $$$$ for PTSC. Are these some of the companies PTSC alluded to in its press release many months ago?
