yes mmike...they're all coming to my location on the eastern shore of maryland. the population is exploding here and the housing market is on fire. the cost of living is cheaper than NYC (i'm from philly) and the real estate remains a relative (and i use the term loosely) value. the economy in these parts barely hiccuped. it seems sustainable, although i am by no means an economic expert.
