I think altera will make a breakout to the downside maybe in a month as some other techs do so. Now could be the time to buy puts, however, i've noticed that the sox volatility has greatly declined. That could mean we could fall once it picks up, or we could go up. Lsi has broken down. i'm not sure where the bottom of that one will be, but i wouldn't call it good with so many other semis near their highs. Lscc is a little too stagnant at this time. I'm expecting volatility on it to pick up around earnings. sg
