hi high,

sebl is an interesting company and currently has leadership position in the crm market but i think things about to change dramatically for the company. while sebl has "best of breed" domination both orcl and sap have competing products. orcl has an integrated crm product that can link to a sap or orcl erp system. sap has recently realized the benefits of an integrated suite and is going to have their own crm product integrate with their erp systems.

with that being said, sebl will become a niche player for pure crm applications. the size of this market is limited and they will not be able to compete, in the long run, with the resources of both orcl and sap.

i would not be surprised if sebl goes out of business in 5 years. they will probably be purchased by somebody before that happens. with such a rich p/e multiple the stock is probably not a good investment.

as usual, this ranting is jmho, rocky.
