This is true without consideration of the potentially huge and very real synergistic benefits that could be even larger and possibly overwhelming to inteL. Do please note that this comes in the shadow (from inteL's recent CC to ANALysts) of inteL's recent announcement of plans to cut iTs CAPEX plans for the year 2002 substantially while AMD is frantically trying to line up more capacity.
