Bravo! Now let's see if they can service that debt with declining revenues and eroding financial/economic conditions. Then we will see how deep their new debt capacity really is. The problem with capital scarcity is that nobody alerts you to it until it is far too late to do anything about it... The problem you outline is NOT capital scarcity. I'm not arguing that these companies are going to have to increase EBITDA levels to service the debt....but this is after the networks are already built out. Slacker
