Mad Dog, In two separate conversations last week I was told that hardware sales are very robust. In a separate conversation with Neil, I was told that the Private Label program has been adding new clients on a steady basis and looks to be very promising. Further on the same subject, I was told that the real impact of all the new accounts was gaining momentum and actual numbers would be showing up on the bottom line in late August. It seems that there is a lull in time from date of committment, then a few weeks to get the CD's pressed, then the initial signing on of their subscribers. From the onset to actual implementattion is about a 5-6 week lapse. I would encourage anyone to call and speak to Neil, Helen, Frank, Alan or Sparrow. They all are most helpful and by speaking to more then one you get a better perspective as to the big picture. Neil and Sparrow are handling the service side, while Frank and Alan, are best to talk to regarding hardware related issues. Helen has a good overview but is more general in her response.
