I'm not sure if there is such a thing as a "hot" secondary offering. An IPO can certainly be hot, because there can be a big demand for the shares, and there is no other way to get those shares except to line up on Day One and buy.

If any one is really hot to own MRVC, they just pick up the phone and buy anytime. The only reason the shares being sold in the secondary offering would be "hot" or in "high demand" would be if the secondary price was considerably less than the market price on the day of the offering.
