After all, they are the worst kind of white collar criminals --> IMO, they are terrorists to our economic system and are a great threat to our way of life.

I think an 8x8 cell would be about right for Mr. Lay...Lets put him in a prison jumpsuit too...He'd be right at home with the Al-Qaeda members down in Guantanimo...Boy, he's lucky i'm not the attorney general...=)
