MOT is trending toward becoming a fabless supplier I believe so this headline is not tremendously shocking. I am not sure if they plan to go 100% fabless or merely are headed in that direction with no plans at all for shedding all fabs. Perhaps others could answer this better than I can, in fact I am quite sure of it<GGG>
