I think that CDWC is a "class act" company, they managed to stay quite profitable in the last decline, and if we get a bounce in the economy and a replacement cycle in the PC market, they could continue and grow at a rate of 25% to 30%, fully justifying their current PE of about $25 (my estimate for 2002 is $2.15/share). They should get a little higher PE than that since they really "control" their market. Since it is also technically strong (if it does not closes under about $47.5), yes, it is a longer term investment. I just tried to put a cushion here, hoping for another swoon under $50, but when it did not come, I jumped back in. I have a 12 month target of $75 which would yield a 50% gain.
