LOL. You want me to take the unders on a two year time limit? If this thing is settled in 5 years I'll be amazed. I'm guessing closer to 10.

Intergraph has been suing Intel for patent infringement and anticompetitive business practices since '97 and hasn't any money yet. Trial is now set for 'after Jan. 1, 2003'. Intel wanted to delay it longer -- said they couldn't be ready by then.

The idea is that you delay it as long as possible until the parasite is out of business, an old IBM trick.
