Against great odds, they have achieved a lot through hard work and dedication. Calling them "uncle Tom's" is the same as calling them "n*gger".

That's exactly right but you have to remember that this is the same individual who got excited every time a smart bomb in Afghanistan missed and hit civilians. In fact, he couldn't wait to point it out (cut and paste the articles), kinda like the Taliban minister of information.
