Hi Duke of Url. The committees to which I refer are the ones investigating Enron, nothing to do with campaign contributions. I just think with their ego problems, they'll end up going their separate ways losing site of the big picture.

Granted the Enron campaign contributions afforded them great influence over Cheney and the Bush administration, but how did they come to be so powerful. They didn't start out with the huge sums of money (some of which they saved not paying taxes over four of the last five years) to pay for influence.
