Yes, people who talk about astronomical gold prices like that seem to have no conception of how rapidly gold production can be increased or how cheaply gold is currently being produced. I say that as someone who has a noticeable stake in the future of NEM and who would be quite happy to see $350 gold. But $1,500? Even if the dollar dropped by 50% it wouldn't come close to that.
