Instead I got a $15 business license and went to a bank with a sound business plan for loans. I have several friends that started their own business in much the same way. You can learn all you need from a $30 book on how to start a business from amazon.com. The SBA is a useless organization, Bush realizes it and rightly is proposing cutting them back. Jim
