Not sure, but think those closing spikes are as likely to be noise as they are to hint at the next day's direction.

Wondering out loud: "Why not do with the HUI what the COT's do. Sell in the high 60's, cover in the low 60's?" Ahh, to trade or not to trade, that is the question.
