There's a guy who posts over on the RB board who has the same name as an SEC filer who bought a few million shares. According to the posts there, it's part of what might be termed a conglomerate in the making. They apparently have a cure for AIDS in Africa and a shield for cellphones, in addition to their core business.

I actually laughed while I wrote that but, what the heck, a few thousand shares in a penny stock ain't gonna ruin me. If he's able to move this, I'll buy his other picks.
