Actually, Jeff : public nudity

I knew someone from a motorcycle magazine. Everyone would yell "show us yer tits" and women would flash them at events. The magazine photographers would take shots of them. They ALWAYS had to run after them to get model releases AND they also had to pay them something so they wouldn't be sued, even if it was just a tshirt. A tshirt, how ironic. Anyway, one time someone gave a woman the agreement but forgot to get it back from her signed. She then sued. They paid her money to settle it. She stated that the photographer yelled "show us yer tits" and not only the crowd so he had in fact asked her to pose for him. You can photograph the public in public places but you can't ask them to "pose." That was the woman's loophole. If this woman has a good attorey, he'll find that loophole. He'll get the woman and her girlfriends to state that the photographer was the one yelling "show us yer tits." To get a good shot, you'd almost have to be the one, especially if she is looking directly at the camera or close. Because the magazine was for profit, they had to pay. FTR, no I never flashed my tits at an event ;-)
