most of that stuff could be compiled from deed/closing registry data i would assume.. meaning your association probably has a stat for it... from a marketing and sales standpoint, i'd think that might be some decently, but not greatly, useful data... anyway... it would help your case as you swing from 10% down to 100% cash sales in your arguement, were you to find such data. i myself am not sure it's so important as to change my mind about inflated home prices <g> no matter what people pay, be it cash, or the bank's money.
