dude.. you are the one on here touting your "knowledge" regarding real estate sales and the source of funds, not me. frankly so far, i think you're full of hot air. first you were a number cruncher for the gov and an expert on statistics and their integrity now you are an expert on home sales, valuation and source of funds in and for such... in both cases your expertise has nothing more than the color of empty pomp... pure assumptions premised on a rather egoistic self referential experience.. i.e. I seen it, so it must be true. at this point I think you are a clown okay? and what is worse, you are in the business of putting people into debt laden structures they cannot hope to afford toward their final benefit. basically you are vulture feeding off your piece of the meat dude. and your integrity is limited to your advice to seek a finanancial counselor.. so that you sir, can avoid any responsibility in the transaction for which you in fact get paid. needless to say, i've never met a real estate agent i could like or trust including you. sadly, you are merely par even in that regard.
