Nadine, If what you've said in the past about Arafat leaving the region is true, keeping him under house arrest sounds like an insurance policy for Israel for the moment.

I get the sense that you know what is going to hit the fan the moment he manages to get out of there somehow. He's got to be hopping mad right now.
