The good news is that they did the secondary and raised plenty of cash to buy them time.

Now they are cutting their burn rate and working on their primary goals Spoton and HyperTV.

Expecting results of the AT&T SpotOn pilot to be announced at the end of the 6 months trials in early March.

Also waiting for progress in the HyperTV patent infringement suit with Disney.

Positive news on the Disney suit and news of expansion of SpotOn with AT&T and signing up additional MSO's is what the stockholders in this company are awaiting.

Patiently awaiting progress in 2002.
