Tony, You, as well as I, should not equate Dan3 with AMD. At this point in time, it is unclear what the purpose of the "debt" offering is. Is it to pay the current portion of their LT Obligation? If so, then it is a non-event, since AMD will be "re-floating" a "simliar" amount of debt....
