I just confirmed that Dr. Cozean is meeting with the FDA right now to present more of their findings on the laser's safe use on children. My previous choice of words was poor. They are not "resubmitting" anything. Rather, they are answering questions that the FDA raised re: children during their initial approval, which was only granted for adults. BTW, for you TA fans: the 10 day moving average (on PLSIA) is about to cross back up over the 30 day MA for the first time since 5/1. This indicator of strengthening short term price momentum confirms the intermediate and longer term trends and points to higher prices. Still, I view this as a fundamentally driven position trade.
