Andrew, I think you're beginning to get the picture.

As long as there is an overhang of Preferred B and C shares being converted and sold (to the degree the converted shares are being sold) the price will suffer under the huge volume of sold shares.... for those who see that a $20 million dollars company, with good growth projections (Sigma 7), should not otherwise trade at these levels, this price level may represent a value.

There are obviously several camps on this thread, so many may say, "this is proof the company is worthless"......

By the way, Paul Metzinger offers his assurance that a reverse split is not on the horizon for INCE. He realizes the state of mind of some investors is such that that would represent the straw that breaks the camel's back (my words, not his). This of course is the result of past disappointments from the former mgt. team.

Our friend Samantha Dee has chosen not to respond to my emails requesting insight into her post so I dug into the situation a little bit and have found that she is associated with the CTL property (physically, i.e. ownership interests). It appears that CTL leases the property they currently use from Barbara Drew (Samantha's actual name). That I suspect is how she has a tie into T. Winn, VP of CTL. CTL hs not moved to Watsonville, but will be moving later this year.

I'm checking into all the other statements she has made as well and will report what I find out.
