Thanks for the feedback, Dave. The SC decision should be very interesting however it goes. Do you have any idea of how long this one is going to take?

Warner Jenkinson vs Hilton Davis was argued on 10/15/96 and decided on 3/3/1997, or after nearly 5 months. Opinion was penned by Justice Thomas. Concurrence was penned by Justice Ginsburg.
