n AMD was above $35, didn't they file a shelf offering for half a billion of stock? If so, why not withdraw it, or has it already expired? When the bonds are sold, doesn't the dilution immediately show up in the "diluted shared outstanding" number? That may explain the 500mil in share shelf filing. TG
