the SEC is best positioned to deliver bloody carcasses. They are merely another controlled puppet within the context of the big equation. They are a farce. They will do what they are told to do. We have just endured a mad bear market rally of rather epic proportions that has been supported by nothing other than hype, hope and fervent prayers. Very well said. John
