Never been a lawyer. Not interested. More of a metaphysician. But the irony of the world of law is that it is too often a perversion of truth. They want the jury to be composed of people who believe that there is such a thing as objective reality while they themselves do not believe any such thing. They win by convincing you that their version is reality. That is what you call being a Clintonista. My personal opinion of him is that was the most despicable thing about him, the quintessential lawyer who took spin to a new level of perversion, a liar even unto himself who believed nothing.

But just because we may find him perverse does not mean that reality is not merely a product of mass agreement. While you recoil from Clinton in search of objective truth, merely finding what satisfies you does not make it so--except for you, and anyone else you can find who agrees with you.
