i heard you the first time, the second time and the third time.

my question to you is... what is excess? please define it?

i think you have the zone confused with the protein gluttony diets and the only way to find out for sure is to talk *numbers*.

i eat about 90 grams of protein a day. is that excessive? where do you draw the line and on what data is it based?
