8:50AM: Cash market on the verge of a positive start as the S&P futures, +5.10, are 5.10 points above fair value while the Nasdaq 100 PMI is up 19 points... Bullish bias aided by a combination of positive earnings reports from the likes of Siebel Systems (SEBL 34.80), Nokia (NOK 22.21), and EMC Corp. (EMC 14.56), and better than expected initial claims data... Bullish enthusiasm being held in check, though, as traders await Fed Chairman Greenspan's testimony before the Senate Budget Cmte. at 10 ET.
