Ken, Earnings are due any time on MAXF but I also think the warrants issue will go away in the next week. So if they release news basically saying the warrant holders have 1 week to exercise their warrants(or they may have already been notified) and that issue is resolved then let the next quarters earnings out. My belief is that for the year ended 12/30/01 they will have about $1.20 in earnings. Not bad for a stock priced under 6. Management should just offer us $10/share and be done with it. Joe
