<<The main caveat here is that we haven't seen any scientific publications, so we are going basically from company PR.>>

That's not a caveat. That's a HUGE problem in the specific case you cite and it has been a pernicious and endemic problem in the BT sector for eons. When a investor reads a 'caveat' like that, he/she should stop reading immediately and move on. PERIOD.

Investors should ONLY believe data that appears in peer-reviewed journals.

Investors should TOTALLY DISCOUNT the nonsense that comes from the lips of BT CEOs as pure PR.

It never ceases to surprise me how otherwise intelligent BT-associated folks suspend disbelief when it comes to company-released data. In this time of Enron and IMCL investors should invoke the highest degree of skepticism towards self-proclamations from BT companies regarding their products.

Caveat emptor -there is no other sector where this truism applies more than BT.

DON'T BUY THE CEO'S DOUBLETALK!

IF THE COMPANY DOESN'T PUBLISH IT'S DATA IN A PEER REVIEWED JOURNAL...RUN LIKE HELL FROM THE STOCK!!!!!!!

There can be no more basic lesson in BT investing than this.

I thought this was obvious.
