Joe : re "bubble" since I don't believe you are a distinctive shorter (investor that only plays the short side) pls. let's not adapt their doomsday cult mindset. Everywhere they look is a "bubble", "inflated paper", gloom and doom lurking.Seems to be convenient to their agenda in any case. Maybe when the average investor stops thinking in these terms that's when the market will thrust up big time again <g> Very happy about MAXF too here.. rgrds CROSSY
