Channel sampling in the area between the Tres Amigos and La Prieta zones in
the San Jose de Gracia mineral district has yielded the following results.
Rudolfo Zone
The Rudolfo zone, a series of veins 250m southeast and parallel to the Tres
Amigos, returned economic values from two exposures 80m apart.

La Prieta Zone
La Prieta is a 1.5km x 250m zone of alteration, stockworking and veining
and is considered one of the project's top bulk tonnage targets. It also
hosts some vein type deposits, which produced over 250,000 ounces prior to
1910. Sampling of veins in the area yielded the following:

The zones sampled add significantly to the overall ounce potential, and
have become new exploration targets on their own.
Drilling is continuing to offset DDH No. 97-13 (21.5m of 14.02 g/t Au) as
well as the strike extension of the Tres Amigos. Results from drilling and
continued follow up sampling will be released as they become available.
