Al Queda is not a signatory to the Geneva Convention, the U.S. is. And it's not a question of who the bad guy is. We know who the bad guy is. Are you suggesting that a U.S. signature on a treaty agreement is not worth the paper it is signed on? Why bother with treaties if they have serve no purpose?
