no, i'm not aware of the BIS doings...but several CBs continue to be buyers, among them China's and Russia's. in this context note that the establishment media never report any of these positive developments, but news of CB sales always make waves. that by itself is a strong hint that one should accumulate as much as possible while there's still time.
