I did the math for a MAXF management buy out and after the next share buy back is complete the float that management does not own will be about 4M shares. The company generates around 8-10M per year in free cash so even at $10/share the pay back is around 4-5 years. Now taking into account they have over $20M in cash on hand how can you not do the buy out?

I like your Canadian company. I hope they did get listed on the NAS so I can figure out the price. I assume the number we see with Yahoo is Canadian?
