I wish I could say that I am thrilled, but I'm not. Relieved that it was not worse or that 2Q guidance is not worse than it is. Considering overall global economic conditions and the state of the wireless communications industry as a whole, I suppose the quarter was not too bad. A lot better than many corporations--stellar, actually, in comparison. Growth is stalled, but it is stalled for everyone in the segment. That's life. There will be more quarters like these. Things will become much, much better when the flood of 3G royalties and 3G chip sales becomes pronounced. Don't fret and don't lose sleep over a few mediocre quarters.
