I went through this with Lazurus, went through the links, the data...and all Lazurus could spit back was "evil socialism". You can go through the your quaint little private room stuff, but is the bottom line in health care is "are you alive?" or is it "do I get a semi-private room?"; that's pretty fundamental to health care. And in those evil socialist countries of Western Europe they have a higher life expectancy and lower infant mortality rate. You want to trade those in for more tests...MRI, CAT Scans, etc. [that in a different context you would rave about unnecessary tests driven by frivolous suits.] jttmab
