Being an officer of the court is a very responsible position that a lawyer maintains. It has a dual function, in which it demands certain ethical demeanor as well as facilitate matters, such as the issuance of the subpoena.

It is rare that someone acts like a clown and abuses such authority. It displays tremendous disrespect to the court. Is Pugs attorney one without complaints or discipline by the Bar?
