Softechie, want to bet about your prediction that RSAS is going to $10? I think it goes up over the next few days and perhaps as high as $16-17 before stabilizing or retracing a bit.

The SEC inquiry mentioned involves the way in which RSAS disclosed the accounting change as mentioned on yahoo. "They disclosed it in the 10Q as opposed to perhaps issuing a press release beforehand. They said the issue is not with the accounting change, but with the way it was disclosed."

This is a non-event and I feel, just like HAL at $10 on the asbestos scare (now well over $13) is something that I like to take advantage of when people panic out.

Their guidance while hardly great was decent and the stock did not deserve what it got in A.F.'s, IMHO. It's a growth company in a great niche of security with a good reputation and many new opps as described by management on the C.C.

I've been wrong before, so we'll see. Again, like we say on my thread. It's a calculated risk.
