Building business is great..double great in fact. The big guys Toll LEN jsut keep on ticking. I think lots of folks got out of the market and put it($$) in Real Estate... South Florida the 300 to 500 thousand dollar market is on fire.. We had a development sold 140 house in 10 years..Yours truly got involved sold 98 homes in 9 months over 50 million in business..
