Roger, I love that "BS" factor!!! I think I shall start calculating it. Pro-forma started out for good reasons. Back before I sold my software products company I used to make adjustments on the side to help me understand what was really important and to better plan cash flow. But I seldom even shared those numbers with the Board except when there was a truly unusual event that seriously skewed results. And as often as not they were skewed down as up. Today, the reported pro-formas only show things in a better light. As a result, they have become pure "BS".

Maybe we could multiply the PEG by the BS to get a new measure we could call the "Bull Peg"<GGG>.

BTW, I used to follow the FSTW thread and Brock before it. I lost interest when it went below $1 and the volume was measured in 100's. I see it has more than doubled since I last traded it. Are you still on the BOD? Is the $20 party still in the future? (I bailed at $18 and did only ST trades after that time.)
