Oh sure, I'll pull it out of the trash tomorrow...well, wait, I can run down and get it. OK--probably the AP will pick it up, but the Agency is called Fortress Re (sounds like an Indian trading post) and the companies are Nissan Fire and Marine, Taisei Fire and Marine (which has filed for bankruptcy) and Aioi Insurance co.. Nissan is threatening to sue the agency. Sounds like a real mess. As the story says, "Fortress Re earns commissions by recruiting insurance companies into pools, managing their insurance policies and settling their claims."
