His Best Work or Is it Memorex Is it real ? The people on SI had to deal with Pugs when insanity among internet posters was relatively rare. There was a time on SI when he almost seemed credible. It was his track record here that eventually drove him to leave SI forever. He and Riley posted on SI for a long time after the RMIL/OVIS affair and almost appeared to be real humans at times. By the the time the heat drove them out of here they were as mad as hatters and everyone knew that. The folks at RB, Lycos or Yahoo had a distinct advantage, they could come to SI and find out in a heartbeat that those two were crazy. Whenever they came back after that, they came back under pseudonyms but could never resist telling people who they were.
