<<Does being arrogant come naturally for you, or do you work at it?

Working hard on it! But can not exclude neutrality (*zicu*).

<<I did note that a former executive was selling his shares....again he is a former executive.>>

Executive, or ExecutiveS?

Further, didn't know that Garrison, Clark (Eligix), Embree(Eligix), Snow (Eligix),.. missed anyone, LEFT company with Orgier (short term COO, Eligix)? I thought that for timely and accurate news on BTRN I only need to check tread here at SI?

<<If what you indicate is true, I assume that it took place in 2001 and it might have been done for several reasons, even I sell stock for various reasons...taxes, tuition, etc. And in the case of the proposed secondary offering, that is it....proposed offering and maybe the person or persons that you allude couldn't wait until the "proposed" offering actually takes place.>>

Or to sell ahead of offering, which may be significant dilution for SH, and after $19M private placement?

Isn’t this FRAUD, selling on inside knowledge, regardless from who and for what money is needed?????

To make parallel to IMCL.
Insiders exercised options and sold to BMY. As any other investor had opportunity to sell 20% of holding. Is this illegal? It would be more suspicious if they did not. Did anyone complain before RTF?

If they have true inside knowledge of the *most likely* BLA rejection, should they sold bit on open market? I will. Excuse will be HEALTHY stock price, taxes, money for tuition, …or whatever.

They gambled (to paraphrase) with BLA and they lost.
