I love bananas... banana splits would include ice cream and ice cream is loaded with sugar... probably the worst thing for us... refined sugar is no different that heroin... a highly addictive white substance with no redeeming social value..... I think if refined sugar were introduced into this country today, it would be illegal... and for good reason..... that's my two cents..... GZ
